Terms of Service

Effective August 11, 2026

These terms govern use of the Hustle Productions Social Scheduler, operated by Hustle Productions.

Authorized use

You may use the service only for accounts, content, and social-platform actions you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and rights associated with content you submit or schedule.

Connected accounts

Social accounts are connected through the applicable platform's authorization process. You may disconnect an account at any time. Hustle Productions does not need or request a client's social-platform password.

Platform rules

Your use of the service must comply with the terms, policies, and technical requirements of every connected social platform. Platform availability, permissions, and publishing behavior may change outside Hustle Productions' control.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or provider changes.
