Hustle Productions operates the Hustle Productions Social Scheduler to help authorized clients plan, schedule, and manage social-media content.

Information we handle

When a user connects a social account, the service receives the authorization information and account data that the selected social platform permits. We also handle content, media, scheduling details, and service activity needed to provide the scheduler.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide, secure, support, and improve the scheduling service; to publish or prepare content requested by an authorized user; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and access

Access is limited to the client organization, its authorized users, and Hustle Productions personnel supporting that organization. We share information with connected social platforms only as needed to complete actions authorized by the user.

Retention and deletion

We retain service information only for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. An authorized account owner may disconnect a social account or request deletion of service data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security.
